1. Improved workflow and operations of business client’s operations department as part of the Business Analysis team.
2. Created a database of clients’ positions and titles with responsibilities.
3. Constructed workflow charts and diagrams and wrote specifications.
4. Built a glossary to define professional skills for clients as a tool to educate new employees.
