Work History
My Experiences:
Philadelphia Federal Credit Union: I was given the opportunity to intern with the marketing department at the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union shortly after I graduated high school. My responsibilities were mainly to work on the children accounts, send out new member mailing information and send out promotional information to the branches and members. When I started attending classes at Temple, the credit union graciously offered me a position at their Temple University branch as a Teller. As a Teller, I handled money, balance teller drawers, gained extensive computer knowledge and engage in business transaction daily. In October of this year the Credit Union offered me a promotion for a Member Service Representative position. As a Member Service Representative I open new accounts, assist members with loans and questions, provide business service and build customer relationships. Working for PFCU has opened many doors for me career wise and I appreciate everything that the company has offered to me. This upcoming June I will be celebrating my third year with the company.
