Northtec, LLC also known as Estee Lauder Companies is an interdependent network of manufacturing, assembly, and distribution operations that are comprised of top people and advanced & modern equipment. My experience with the company began in the summer of 2012. I began at an assembly line personnel, where I was required to sort returned merchandise. In the summer of 2013, I had the opportunity to for the company again. I was promoted to order processing, my duties were to pack and label the products for final shipping.
