SANGBO Corporation is a company based in South Korea that focuses on advanced materials and environmentally friendly energy solutions. The company operates in the new materials and sustainable energy sector, supporting various industries through innovative products and business solutions.
As a Marketing Intern, I assisted with both marketing and operational tasks within the organization. My primary responsibilities included supporting website development and improvements to enhance user experience, assisting with marketing campaigns, and helping organize and manage company participation in external events such as career fairs and industry exhibitions. I also analyzed customer engagement data and trends using Excel, which contributed to improving marketing performance and online engagement.
One of the key projects I worked on involved contributing to updates and improvements to the company’s website, focusing on usability and customer engagement. Additionally, I supported marketing activities at industry events, helping coordinate logistics and communication, which increased participation and visibility.
Through this internship, I developed practical skills in data analysis, digital marketing, and business operations. I applied concepts learned from my Management Information Systems coursework, particularly in data analysis and system usability, and gained hands-on experience in using data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
