Product Management
Over the last 8 weeks, I have been given the amazing opportunity to be a Product Manager in the Tech and Innovation internship with Coded By: Academy. My journey of constructing a centralized mobile platform for landlords and contractors has been nothing short of insightful and rewarding. I led a 4-person team creating a minimum viable product for a centralized mobile platform for landlords and contractors within the greater Philadelphia region. We conducted a rigorous problem validation processes through user outreach, desk research and pain point refinement, ensuring the platform addresses critical user needs and tailoring user experience. I also evaluated deliverables from UI/UX designers and web developers to ensure throughout design objectives and technical accuracy of applications such as HTML and Redis. From a comprehensive problem validation process to ideating a minimum viable product, I was able to gain invaluable experience that I will be able to utilize in my future endeavors. I expanded my knowledge of product development, UI/UX features, and programming languages such as HTML. Alongside the overseeing of my team, I am thankful to have been able to attend multiple site visits to SEI, Uber NYC HQ, Seer Interactive, JPMorganChase, and Comcast Technology Center to learn more about the technical world with respect to different industries throughout the Northeast region.
