What I learned: During this activity I learned the key characters to become an effective and exemplary team member. I learned that by making even small changes I become a more valuable collaborator. This activity taught me to increase self-awareness, demonstrate how to be reliable teammate, and approach teamwork more collaboratively.
Related to Coursework: In MIS 3535 we are taught to work effectively as team members in order to complete project requirements.
