Marketing Management 2101- Within this course we learned the role marketing has in the U.S. economy and within individual firms as well. We take a hands on look at product development and present our findings to the instructor. We display different skills and strategies to push a product and make it appealing to our “consumers.”
Information Systems in Organizations 2101- This course taught the role information technology has on its firms. We learn different management system information systems applications such as customer relationship management systems and enterprise systems. We also learned the basics of coding using Java Script.
Leadership and Organizational Management 1101 – This course demonstrated the importance of leadership, organizational structure, decision-making, and team building. We also learn how to properly give an interview and work as a team to present a case.
Risk Management 2101- This course was particularly interesting and quiet a challenge as it involved the study of risk management and insurance. We learn to identify and evaluate the types of risk presented and treat them with methods such as insurance, risk retention, self-insurance, and loss control.
