Exercise
I got into working out in 2011 and ever since I have been teaching myself to live and to be as healthy as I can. It has been proven to be one of the best coping mechanism as well as a stress reliever. I believe that exercising regularly does not bring just physical changes to one’s body, but it leads to mental growth. You think clearer, perform better at any given task and it helps you build a strong morale. Overall, this is the best type of stress you can put your body through.
Chess
Growing up, I found board games very boring but chess was an exception and my father had a big part in teaching me how to win. Fortunately, I enjoy all sorts of board games now, especially chess.
Cricket
Cricket was the sport I grew up playing in India. When I was 7, I thought cricket was the one thing I couldn’t live without. The concept of this game is similar to that of baseball but with very different rules and variations. I still love playing cricket as of this day.
Basketball/Tennis/Racquetball: Some of the sports I enjoy playing on a regular basis.
Reading
I like to read news from different media outlets and news papers to keep up with current events.
