Marketing & Business Development Intern
As a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Collidascope VR, I conducted competitive marketing analysis to understand how leading immersive art and VR experiences promote themselves during the pre-launch, opening, and post-launch stages. My research helped the team identify effective strategies for audience engagement, launch positioning, and long-term brand growth. I also supported Collidascope’s content efforts by creating and editing Instagram videos and photos that showcased behind the scenes work and highlighted the immersive elements of the experience. In addition, I researched best practices for securing corporate sponsorships, examining how comparable companies structure partnerships, pitch value, and approach potential sponsors, to help shape Collidascope’s own sponsorship strategy. Through this role, I developed skills in market research, content creation, digital strategy, and early stage business development while gaining hands on insight into how creative tech startups grow from concept to launch.
