Navigating Employee Relations as an HR Professional

I completed the LinkedIn Learning course Navigating Employee Relations as an HR Professional, and it was very helpful because I am currently debating whether I want to go into HR as a career. The course gave me a clear and realistic view of what HR professionals actually do, especially when it come to handling sensitive employee situations. I learned how important communication, fairness, and proper documentation are when dealing with issues like performance concerns, conflicts, or complaints. This helped me understand that HR is not just about rules and policies, but also about working with people while balancing the needs of both the employees and the organization. I can apply what I learned to my coursework when discussing workplace behavior, group dynamics, or management decisions.
