Resume Information
I have been working in the IT sector of Higher Education for more than 10 years serving in various different roles. I started as a Student Tech. during college, after graduation worked as a Help Desk Support Specialist, and eventually the Technical Support Specialist. All of these experiences allowed me to understand technology and to assist others make the best use of it. I was drawn to Information Technology because I have been amazed at it’s capacity to still do more for everybody than any generation before us has witnessed. I have worked with diverse teams on projects such as implementation of a new knowledgeable system, imaging of 100+ computers, and implementation of a new incident reporting system. I have supervised team to ensure smooth operation of the unit.
