The pandemic created a need to digitize and automate processes, which allowed us to work remotely. This topic relates to my major and my future because we will be working remotely in my future intern. Currently, in school we are working online, hybrid, and in class. This webinar helped show the C-suite needs to plan and to be able to automate the initiatives. It showed us the risks and benefits of the technology processes involved in our daily lives.
