The College Hunks Hauling Junk franchise is well-known around the United States and Canada. Starting small in Florida, this company has grown. The shop that I was a part of was located in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. At College Hunks Hauling Junk, we provide above-and-beyond customer satisfaction through moving or taking away junk. When our moving service is hired, we take absolute care of furniture, from the first location to the next one. When hauling junk, we try to remove the product from the premises with no damage to the surroundings. As a Wingman at College Hunks, my role was to keep our truck/working space in shape, wrap furniture, remove junk, as well as provide for our customer’s needs. From this job, I learned that communication is the most important factor when doing anything. My team and I had to communicate whenever we moved big and heavy furniture so we did not damage any walls. Communication with customers was also very important to keep them satisfied with time and payment. Customer relations is very important to our company because a satisfied customer will always hire us again.
