Theresa Gaignard is the Assistant Director for the Management Information Systems Department at the Fox Business School, Temple University. In this role, she works closely with the Department Chair and Senior Associate Director in managing the administration of the MIS undergraduate and masters programs.
Theresa serves as the budget manager, overseeing MIS Department financial activities; as the program manager for the course schedule and student registration; and, as the event manager for MIS Department conferences, workshops, and receptions. In addition, Theresa manages the MIS Department Community Site, updating text and multimedia content, highlighting student achievements and developing faculty and alumni profiles for promotional purposes.
Prior to working at Temple, Theresa was the coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Management Unit (EM Unit) at Harvard Business School, where she provided high level administrative and operations support to the Unit Head and for the Unit’s projects and activities. She managed the EM Unit’s required course, The Entrepreneurial Manager (TEM), which is taught to nearly 950 students across 10 sections each spring. Theresa also managed EM Unit faculty recruiting and the Unit’s research seminar series.
Theresa enjoys tinkering and fixing things, solving problems, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
