A Small Talk for Introverts
In this learning video, I learned the importance of making introverts feel comfortable when having a conversation with them. Learned that the questions and how you engage with them affect how the conversation can flow. This relates to my coursework on how networking can be important, and how you will encounter a lot of different people and personalities, and how you can manage and engage with everybody respectfully.
