I am currently a 21 year old Senior seeking a BBA in Management Information Systems, looking to graduate in May 2016. I am looking for full time employment in a business IT role. I have taken classes on project management as well as more technical classes in data analysis as well as coding. I consider myself a leader as well as a team player.
I have had multiple internships like working at a small boutique hotel in center city Philadelphia, as well as working a data analytic’s internship for a larger company in New Jersey. I am always looking to further my knowledge in both the business world as well as the IT world.
My goals for the future is to get a full time job and start working my way to a consistent life. I want to be done school and doing something I love to do on a full time basis.
My internship with The Dwight D, a city boutique hotel located in Rittenhouse helped me further my skills as an individual. I really learned how to motivate myself as most of the work I was doing was by myself with little guidance. Most of the work I was doing was data analysis. I would take past customer and hotel data and put it into a clear spreadsheet. A spreadsheet that I could use to further analyze different trends for customers and the hotel. I learned a great deal about how to take big data and make sense of it.
