I’m only a freshman, but I’ve already taken (and am currently taking) some incredibly interesting courses.
Last semester, I took three business courses; Human Resource Management, Quantitative Methods for Business I, and Macroeconomics. While all of these courses were designed to be introductory, I learned a huge amount in each. In HRM, I learned about the basics of big business and how Human Resources is important in keeping businesses afloat. In Quantitative Methods for Business, I got to review some crucial Algebra and Precalculus, while also learning the basics of Microsoft Excel. In Macroeconomics, I learned about how economies work at a large scale and how nearly every decision we make in our daily lives can be explained through economic principles.
