Assisted a friend with virtual prayer meeting

A friend of mine, whose wife was admitted to hospital due to having stage 4 cancer. Everyone from his family was worried and his wife’s situation was getting worse at the hospital. My friend wanted to gather everyone on his house and perform a prayer for his wife (religious things), however, due to COVID-19 lock-down, he couldn’t do that. I was familiar with zoom meetings since I was taking classes already via zoom. I educated him about zoom, then later on the day assisted him on basics of zoom and to make a zoom meeting, inviting everyone to pray together virtually. He is 50+ years old and did not know what zoom was. Ever since then, he learned zoom and been using it to perform virtual prayers for his wife. I am glad that I used my skill to give hope for my friend by praying for his wife. I learned that every bit of an experience we gain from Temple University can be useful in our life.
