Owl Team
During the summer of 2013 I spent my time on Temple University’s Owl Team, which is responsible for orientation and making the new incoming freshman students feel safe and comfortable while they spend their first night at Temple. The job required incredible patience, excitement, and the willingness and ability to work in a team. I believe I grew an incredible amount and gained and unparalleled understanding of passion for your job, working with others, and an ability to guide and lead with confidence.
DSW
I worked as a sales associate for the Designer Shoe Warehouse for a year and a half in high school. This job helped me to grow and shape my organizational skills, as well as give me my first look in working in a business environment. In this position, I was responsible for organization, working in a team, handling money at the register, and one on one customer service. I believe that my time at DSW has greatly increased my understanding and my ability to thrive in a business environment.
