Data Intern
As a Data Intern for Steppingstone Scholars, I manage spreadsheets and databases to improve accessibility for the Operations Team. Steppingstone Scholars is a nonprofit organization aimed towards providing upward mobility in educational and career opportunities to underserved youth throughout the Philadelphia region. In assisting and supporting the Associate Director of Data and Compliance, I contribute to the organization’s ability to assess and record these students at the upmost … A long-term project I have worked on is performing data integrity checks for over 200 historical students enrolled in Middle Grades STEAM Academy, a program that introduces students to careers in Biotechnology, Health Science, Computer Science, and Business. In relation to being a MIS major, the role allows me to learn and build my skills in data querying and analyzation.
