Projects
Success, Happiness, and Leadership; Data Insight on Professionals
Nate Albergo and Billy Checkovage
Project Goals
Success, Happiness, and Leadership; three qualities that appear simple on the surface, but are rarely taken into account when analyzing one’s life. Success and happiness do not always go hand in hand, and in today’s business environment it is more important than ever to create a culture where happiness is embedded in the path towards success. This culture is shaped by the professionals who lead, grow, and support their enterprises. In order to obtain a guide to pursuing success and happiness in life, we are obtaining data to realize trends and common traits that distinguish these professionals. With this project, we hope to not only learn from experienced professionals as young undergraduates entering the workforce, but also to meet and speak with people of all backgrounds to gain new perspectives on life. We hope that our work on happiness can provide happiness to others.
Project Description
A data driven research project using interview methods and analytics tools to obtain insights from both quantitative and qualitative sources. We aim to utilize the data in searching for cohesion between success and its role in happiness.
