Personal Journal Entry 10/10
On Wednesday we met with one of our BA’s after our class. They others couldn’t make the time but they communicated that with us. We went over any questions the group may of needed to ask us about deliverables. They are pretty much on track with everything so we started to brainstorm and see what ideas they had come up with for the prototype. Also, we reiterated for them to keep us updated weekly with what they are accomplishing. We wanted to stress this because of what we are hearing from other teams. Last, I have been working on the change management plan.
