From Problem to Prototype: Building Real AI Solutions
I attended the From Problem to Prototype Workshop hosted by Kyndryl. During this experience we worked through real world solution modeling by completing a case study activity that went over the benefits and limitations of using AI to effectively solve business problems or maximize the efficiency of business processes. We worked through a scenario as business professionals who had been contracted to help a banking customer. During this we focused on using AI agents to develop web app solutions and brainstorming ideations. This workshop especially made the participants think through when AI is the best option and when human input would be most effective. Being able to work hands on with AI related business processes and understanding the specific applications and challenges of AI was so insightful. With the boom of AI in the professional space it was important to understand possible business use cases for me as a student entering the industry.
