I started practice Yoga since I was in high school. I love Yoga, because it always can improve health and help me manage stress. Yoga works its magic by bringing body, mind, and the spirit into a state of harmony and balance. I really enjoy the process that arise my breath and move bridges the chasm separating body and mind, which allow me to become fully present in my body. I believe that the emphasis of Yoga is not only how I practice those postures, but also on how I live my life. Now, I practice Yoga at 7.am everyday. This makes me feel more comfortable to begin a new day!
