Decision Science Fundamentals
In the Decision Science Fundamentals video series, I learned how to make decisions in a thoughtful and structured way rather than relying on guesswork. Decision science is not only about data, but also about creating repeatable processes that allow teams to make consistent and transparent decisions. I also learned some simple but practical tools, such as repeatedly asking “why” to uncover the true root cause of a problem, and recognizing the importance of forming clear research questions to keep the analysis focused.
Learning this framework helps me approach projects more logically and avoid common mistakes such as unclear goals or unnecessary analysis. It also supports my career development, as roles in business and technology increasingly require people who can think critically and make data-driven decisions.
