Field Data Collection and Mobile GIS
I recently completed a session on Field Data Collection and Mobile GIS, where I learned how to move away from paper surveys and into digital mapping. I practiced building smart survey forms with KoBoToolbox to collect accurate data on the go, even in offline locations. I also learned how to bring that field data into QGIS to create professional maps and analyze spatial patterns. This workflow makes gathering and visualizing geographic information much faster and more reliable.
