Interests and Hobbies
One of my favorite things to be involved in throughout my life was sports. In high school I was a member of the varsity ice hockey and lacrosse team. Outside of these sports I enjoy playing golf with my friends. I have always been a fan of being active so sports conform well to my competitive nature. From sports I have learned the values of hardwork, teamwork, and communication. These valuse have helped me to grow as a person and as a student, and without sports this may have not been possible.
Other than sports, one of my favorite things to do is to hang out with my friends and family. Throughout grade school and throughout my time in college I have always valued the friendships that I make. I value friendship so much because my best memories have come from hanging out and enjoying my time with different people. There is never a dull moment with my friends. My family on the other hand is the reason I am who I am today. My parents, siblings, and other relatives have taught me the values of respect, honor, and trust. These core values have taught me how to respect others, honor their decisions, and trust that they have made the right decision. Friends and family have made me the person that I am today.
