Technology Risk Assurance Staff 1
I have accepted an upcoming role with Ernst & Young (EY), a global professional services firm with offices in over 150 countries and a strong presence in Philadelphia, where I will be located. I will be joining the Assurance service line in the Technology Risk division as a Staff member, focusing on helping clients assess and manage risks related to IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. In this role, I will support engagements that involve analyzing systems, evaluating IT controls, and contributing to solutions that strengthen operational reliability and data security. As a Management Information Systems (MIS) major, this job directly aligns with my coursework in areas such as information systems, cybersecurity, data analysis, and risk management. Classes like Managing Enterprise Cybersecurity and Web Service Programming are giving me the technical foundation and problem-solving skills that will be valuable in my role. This position allows me to apply what I’ve learned academically to real-world business technology challenges while continuing to build expertise in the intersection of IT and assurance.
