How to Speak so People Listen

Having just completed the LinkedIn Learning course “How to Speak So People Want to Listen,” I feel much more confident in my communication skills. The course, led by Pete Mockaitis, taught me the importance of being an attentive listener and the power of precise language. I particularly appreciated learning about the RASA framework, which emphasizes the roles of receiving, appreciating, summarizing, and asking in effective communication. These insights have not only improved my speaking abilities but also made me more conscious of how I listen, making my interactions more meaningful and productive.
