UX Research for Agile Teams
This course explained to me how UX research can be effectively included into agile product development—a knowledge that is especially important to my major in MIS and interest in product development and UX design. I learned how to organize research inside short development cycles, handle logistics including participant recruitment, and rapidly assess results to back up decisions. One of the most essential lessons was the need of matching UX initiatives with corporate objectives and technical deadlines—something I had not given much thought before. I am now more ready to participate to cross-functional teams, apply user-centered thinking in my studies, and address practical challenges with a greater knowledge of both speed and usability. This course provided useful techniques for me to apply in next internships and projects where the success of products depends on satisfying both consumer wants and corporate goals.
