Projector setup and debugging, digital presentation management, and making sure the equipment functioned properly across several event spaces were among my duties. I directly improved the experience for more than 400 participants by working directly with teams, volunteers, and organizers to fix technical problems in real time. I learned how to utilize my technical talents in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, interact well with a variety of groups, and adjust under pressure from this experience.
