Temple University Comcast NBCUNIVERSAL Data Analytics Challenge 2018

I participated in the 2018 Temple University Comcast NBCUNIVERSAL Data Analytics Challenge with my partner Xinjian Li and we created an infographic for the business problem of how can media companies align with e-sports. It my first competition that I have entered related to data and I was proud that our infographic was able to be a finalist in the competition where there were hundreds of submissions from students all around the school. Since we were finalists we had to deliver our presentation to a panelist of industry professional judges.
This was interesting to me because this prompt combine my two passions of data analytics and e-sports. I was highly motivated to find a connection between the two because of the personal connection I had to the issue since I am both an e-sports fan and a tradition sports fan. Analyzing this topic gave me great insights on the topic.
