Youth For Change

This past weekend I was able to help the non profit organization Youth For Change raise money for their Thanksgiving lunch happening next Saturday, November 23, 2013. With the support of Renaissance Community Shop, the volunteers and local children ran a pop- up thrift shop on 16th and Berks. I was apart of the marketing team so a group of four children, three other volunteers and myself walked around the area handing out flyers and coupons to inform students and locals to raise awareness about the event. We also put together a commercial for the organization about upcoming events. It was so much fun working so closely with these cute kids and help provide them with a fun and educational Saturday afternoon!
