Interests/Hobbies
As a young girl, I grew up loving everything that involved athletics. I was obsessed with basketball, track and field, as well as hiking. Because of this, I took up basketball and track and field through my middle school years and my freshman year of high school. I even went to 76er’s camp for 3 year and Saint Joseph’s Basketbal camp for one year; they were amazing experiences
After my freshman year in highschool, I made the transition to go to a Creative and Performing Arts school, no longer being able to participate in sports, but rather vocal performance. Since the age of 6 I had learned how to play classical piano from Settlement Music school, and always loved to sing but never thought to major in vocal performance. CAPA took my love of music to a whole other level where I was introduced to so many amazing singers with incredible musical abilities. At CAPA I joined the All City Choir and performed at the Kimmel Center every Spring for the concert. Our concert choir was also able to perform for the Mayor’s Inauguration, for the Annual Tree lighting ceremonies, for NBC, as well as for Boyz II Men. I will never forget my experience in CAPA as it has made me the person I am today.
When I’m not reminiscing about CAPA or singing, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family and friends, going out to the movies, and playing with my pomeranian puppy Angel.
