IT Internship at Stern & Eisenberg, PC
Stern and Eisenberg is a law firm headquartered in Warrington, Pennsylvania with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and South Carolina practicing in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction.
During this past summer, I interned in the IT department assisting with integrations and document writing. I assisted with integrations between our case management software and third party software by gathering and organizing data for data mapping which allowed me to improve my skills in both MySQL Workbench and Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
I was also responsible for coding legal documents to pull variable case information that would change on a case by case basis. This allowed lawyers and paralegals to simply choose a case number and the type of legal document they would like to generate rather than type up an entire document from scratch every time.
