Technology Assistant
From May of 2017 to August of 2017 I worked as a Technology Assistant at Lavner Camps & Programs. During my time there I was in charge of training staff, managing over 700 devices, and oversee 80 servers. My daily routine consisted of me checking software for our hundreds of devices and monitoring the servers to make sure they were running without issues. I was also on call if Instructors at our satellite camp locations needed assistance with technology-related issues. Additionally, I had to monitor our file database that held camper information, and to make sure the information stored was accurate and up to date. I also had to deal with server issues, and would have to run maintenance and update them.
