Intern- Service and Delivery

    1. Within the Service and Delivery department, I worked directly with project managers to help create project plans to implement customer’s cloud services. Some of the roles I had was to manage past quality assurance cancelations to ensure that all processes were followed and reported on the discrepancies. I also was in charge of reviewing the internal UCaas accounts.

    1. Managed impact of business’s transition to a new external provider for 30 clients
    2. Assisted Project Managers in developing customer’s implementation plan to meet deadlines
    3. Constructed client’s services following project plans using internal software such as call centers, automated attendants, and call flow

    1. My internship was highly valuable in helping my explore MIS more in-depth. I got to gain personal experience working with cloud services and learn more about the different products offered and how they can add value to customers. My internship has directly related to the content on cloud services and CRM systems that I have learned in class.
