Evolve IP: The Cloud Strategy Company
Summer 2018
During the summer I returned to intern in Evolve IP’s Service and Delivery department. I helped manage the impact of the business’s transition to a new circuit provider for 30 clients. I worked within my department to organize the necessary resources for these changes. Since these changes were service impacting we had work carefully to limit their impact. I also helped the Project Managers in developing customer’s implementation plan to meet deadlines. I also constructed client’s services following project plans using internal software such as call centers, automated attendants, and call flow.
Summer 2017
During my first summer interning with Evolve IP, I monitored and reported past reports for all cancellations to ensure that processes were followed. I also compared data between external and internal accounts to resolved discrepancies. I also worked to migrated data to the new Quality Assurance Platform to build data trends
Volunteer Work
One of my favorite experiences during my internship was volunteering with the company. I think its so important to give back to your community and make a difference.
La Mancha Animal Rescue in Unionville, PA: They started as an alternative for ex-racehorses that were going to be sent to a slaughterhouse. Currently, they work to find homes for horses, cats, dogs, and other exotic animals.
