Since May of 2013, I have been working as the Digital Marketing/IT Specialist at a customer service software company, LiveHelpNow. LiveHelpNow has developed a full suite of help desk software to enhance the business to customer experience. Offering Live Chat, Email/Ticket Management, Knowledge Base, and a Callback Management System, LiveHelpNow has made it so any business can offer unparalleled customer service at a reasonable price.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, I am tasked with writing for and maintaining the company blog, coming up with innovative marketing initiatives, maintaining the company’s Google AdWords account and suggesting and providing content for the website.
