Weekly Journal 10/3
During this past week, our team experienced some down time while preparing for the test. However, we acknowledged the fact that we need to increase the urgency as a team, and significantly improve communications with our BA’s. We need to stress to them that we are here to help them along the way, and everyone’s cooperation is imperative for a successful final product. Personally, I worked on the project schedule which will allow for our team to get a bigger picture of the timeline we need to follow. Looking forward to next week, our team of BA’s and PM’s will prepare for the third interview, and begin to see how JustInMind will help us come up with a possible solution.
