Weekly Journal 10/24
Our team has been working together well during the last few weeks. While I was not able to attend one meeting with the BA’s this week, I met with two BA’s, Bakari and Anthony briefly to answer any questions the BA’s had about their upcoming prototype. We brainstormed some ideas for their prototypes; they have drafts due next class. The PM’s also met Wednesday to revise our budget. Lastly, I have been planning to gather our team’s personal journal entries into one document to share with the team each week. While we are pretty far along in the project, this technique was mentioned in class and would definitely improve communication with the team, and address any problems we could encounter in the road ahead.
