Weekly Journal 10/31
‘Bye Week’:
In the midst of preparing for our second exam, as well as everyone’s personal plans for the weekend, our group failed to submit our progress report on time. This was also the case for myself and my personal journal entries. However, I learned from the lack of communication that these problems need to be dealt with ahead of time, and planned accordingly. One reason why we as a group failed, is because nobody took the initiative to complete the report. Everyone was busy, and it was easy to push the assignment onto someone else. Additionally, we did not have one person accountable for completing this task. There were so many of us, that we expected it to be done by someone else. This problem was corrected since then.
