Weekly Journal 11/7
Catching fire: This week our team really got the ball rolling. We acknowledged our mistakes from last week and corrected them, all after each of us performed very well on our second exam. Our communication has been the best it has ever been with the entire team, and several brief meetings took place this week with the BA’s. This includes an hour long meeting this morning with all four BA’s, in which we helped prepare a scenario for their group that was geared toward their final presentation. In addition to meeting with the BA’s, our group really brought together the current status with our project by utilizing the tools that Microsoft Project has to offer. We are gearing ourselves toward our final deliverables, and the steps that need to be taken in the upcoming weeks in order to accomplish this, and put for our best effort for the final report. We were able to do all of this because we stressed the urgency mid-week.
