Our team kept the momentum from last week moving into this week. The BA’s made progress with their scenario and are steadily gearing up for the final presentation and how they want to approach it. On Monday, we discussed creating short term goals and spreading positivity within the team. Our team has met a few times this week and things are on track for the final deliverables.
