Weekly Journal 11/21
Our team had another successful week. I met with Anthony, Josh, Brett and Mike on Wednesday to discuss the prototype. Mike demonstrated a very well developed prototype, and told us he was going to the TA for more assistance with finalizing it. On Wednesday, the PM’s revised our change management and communication plans as well. I had our change management plan displayed on the projector during the class period, and received a lot of positive feedback on how to further revise it for the final deliverable. The BAs met today and filmed a video to supplement their final presentation, too. They plan to further work on the project over the break, and continue with practicing for the final presentation when they return. Our team is on track and plans to meet before classes start again to begin to put together our team binder.
