I value education very much and obtaining my MBA has been a goal of mine for the last 20 years!!.. Yes you read correctly 20 Years. After I completed my Bachelors in Economics and Business (and dabbling in medicine and computer science in between) I wanted to get my MBA right away . However as they say life happens and last year I enrolled in the Fox Executive MBA Program. The Fox Executive MBA (EMBA) is the highest ranked in the Philadelphia region, next to the Wharton School, and is ranked seventeenth in the nation by the Financial Times.

The Fox EMBA is helping me sharpen the management and decision making skills.  One might ask what makes a great leader and how do great leaders manage. Great leaders are those who can lead their supporters to succeed and go beyond their own presence.  The values one carry and instill drives people to act in certain ways.  Great managers and leaders are respected for their strong values and history has shown that they share these values. Great leaders act as examples, are great storytellers, are close to their family, friends, employees, create mutual respect and are coaching and giving feedback in their daily management and leadership.
