       My name is Jacqueline Hamati, I am currently a student at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a junior standing. I am majoring in Human Resource Management. The basis on which I chose my major was my interest in the subject. Human Resource Management is critical in the success of any business. It puts the organization at the forefront of creating a successful and competitive future for itself.

Currently, I have taken many interesting courses at Temple University about human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, negotiation and conflict resolution. Those courses give me the knowledge and valuable skills to manage the workforce of the future on a global scale and to be a valuable employee in any given industry.
