- Grant Thornton provides assurance, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses, public interest entities, and public sector entities. The company has about 53,000 employees and 58 offices in the United States alone. My role will be as a Tax Consulting Associate in Philadelphia. As an associate, I will help manage, automate, analyze and visualize data to support tax initiatives. This role relates to my major because throughout our coursework, we have learned to leverage data to make decisions. As well, we have learned to automate and improve processes for efficiency.
