During the webinar, I learned that 38% of consumers believe that a company aligns with its stated purpose. Organizations need to actually stay true to what they say they will deliver to consumers. Every brand needs to truly listen, be active listeners on social media (such as TikTok), and track their listening devices. Be agile, have what-ifs, and be able to pivot your story when needed without having a drastic negative impact on consumers.

The more misaligned what a company says and does, the more public employees become. It is important for every brand to think about their employees and be cognizant to not over promise.

This chat paralleled many of my classes. Swim lanes, social media, and how companies need to balance the needs of all stakeholders and not just shareholders.
