In this summer, I did an internship with Youth build Philly school. YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School gives young adults a second chance to earn a high school diploma, gain hands-on work experience, and transform their lives. My role was to regularly manage the new student applications and upload their personal information at school mint (website) and Excel. Every week, I also helped the new students to fill the school applications and set up their school accounts. Once a month, I attended staff meetings, shared ideas with staff and helped the staff in the school events.
In 2015, I started work at Dunkin Donuts as a coffee maker. After six months, I got cashier position, in 2016 I got a position of the shift leader. Dunkin’ Donuts is the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers each and every day. They offer 50+ varieties of donuts, dozens of beverages, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and other baked goods. My responsibilities include to greet customers, help the employees, and complete all task provide by the manager. I am responsible for all the transactions and daily supervised operations and help my team member about anything like make beverages, sandwiches, and for the register. I always complete all the tasks on time provide by my manager.
