In the last summer, I did an internship with Youth build Philly school. YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School gives young adults a second chance to earn a high school diploma,  and transform their lives. My role was to regularly manage the new student applications and upload their personal information at school mint (website) and Excel. In additions, my duties were managed students personal information and organized students applications. Every week, I updated the excel sheet the information about the new students and checked for missing information. I also helped the new students to fill school applications and set up their school accounts. Once a week, I attended the staff meeting and helped the staff for the events. I learned how to analyze data and turn raw data into information, make a good relationship with your clients, how to collect information by joining the sperate tables, and SQL.

In 2015, I started work at Dunkin Donuts as a coffee maker. After six months, I got a cashier position, in 2016 I got a position of the shift leader. Dunkin’ Donuts is the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 3 million customers each and every day.  My role was daily to interact with customers and assist six employees. My duties were trained and instructed employees in food preparation, customer service, and motivated the employees. I increased work efficiency by placing employees in their most suitable positions and holding monthly staff meetings, during which I gave recommendations for improvement and complemented employees for their achievements. I gained leadership skills, time management, interpersonal skills, and troubleshooting. All of these my skills would be very helpful in my future at my professional job.
